Assignment:Industrial Equipment ManufacturerToday's Date --2006 Task: An old line gift card company decided to bring in a second generation family member as President and expanded into the retail gift marketplace as well as strengthen its position in the corporate gift card business. We were brought in because of our prior relationship with the new president in his prior company. The company required an expanded management team with its emphasis on the retail distribution channels. The financial model needed a complete change to recognize significant and substantial financial obligations. Deliverables: Assistance was provided in bringing in new personnel on the retail side. A Bridge financing was initiated and completed by the company with Beacon Partners Involvement. The first round of permanent financing has been committed. A second round of permanent financing is now underway
